I have tried and tried to make a good, tender brisket for years with no luck. Why then did I think it was a good idea to attempt brisket once again for Christmas dinner where I was responsible for feeding my entire extended family? Because that’s what I do. YOLO.
Luck was on my side because I found the perfect, simple brisket recipe and it was AH-MAZ-ING. I’m talking fall-apart fork tender yumminess. It was so good, I’ve made it again since Christmas. It will definitely be in the dinner rotation from here on out. I combined three different recipes to come up with the final delicious product so I thought I would share my concoction here for you, my internet friends.
