I’m not sure how it happened that Thanksgiving is this week since Halloween was just last week. This week’s dinners will be extra simple so I can make our Thanksgiving dishes and prepare to decorate for Christmas. I refuse to cook the weekend after Thanksgiving. Christmas decorating must not be interrupted. I’ll be back next week with healthier dinner ideas. This week my goal is to just make it through.
