Another busy summer week ahead means simple summer dinner ideas again this week. Why is it I decide to plan grilled meals during the weeks when it’s the hottest? I’m going to be mindful to use my Blackstone more this week to keep the mess out of my kitchen. Here’s to a great week ahead and plenty of delicious, non-burnt (fingers crossed) family dinners.
