WHAT’S FOR DINNER | WEEKLY MEAL IDEAS
01/08/2019After nine months and 36 pounds down, I took a break from the Keto diet for two months to enjoy the holidays. Five pounds later and all the carbs and sugary foods I had missed, it’s time to start back up again. I’m kicking it back into high gear with dinners planned for the month of January.
While my dinner menu is Keto friendly, I do adapt some of what I’m cooking for the rest of the family. So even if you’re not on the Keto diet, you can simply use the dinner ideas below and create your own regular/lower fat versions.
I received a new cookbook for Christmas so some of this month’s dinner recipes come from the book below. Other recipes are found on the internet.
