Need a healthier alternative to a sweet treat in the kids’ lunch boxes this school year? These oatmeal chocolate chip energy bites might be the perfect solution. Did I really say “school year” already? Man, time flies! I used to make these back in the day to take to volleyball tournaments. I still make large batches, store them in the fridge and the whole family grabs them when they need a snack – even the one that doesn’t live here anymore but still thinks the food in the fridge is for him.
