Today I have a delicious Halloween punch to share with you that both kids and adults will enjoy. Set a festive table, mix up this purple concoction and let the Halloween festivities begin. Made with sparkling grape juice, the kids will love this “special drink”. Add a shot of rum to the glass for a special adult concoction to take the edge off the chaos of the kids after so much sugar. If you dare, make it even more special by adding a chunk of dry ice and enjoy the bubbling show. Dry ice is sold at most grocery stores in a cooler next to the bagged ice. DRY ICE WARNING: Use tongs to place dry ice into punch. Never touch dry ice with bare hands. Use small chunks of dry ice. If you use too much, it will bubble over and splatter EVERYWHERE. Do not drink until dry...

HALLOWEEN HOME TOUR | 2022
10/07/2022
I have given a tour of the front porch and the barn decked out for Halloween. Now it’s time to share the indoor decorations. I’m in my happy place when I’m pulling out the seasonal decor on the first day of October which also happens to be my birthday. It’s the best way to spend the day every year. I hope you enjoyed the tour. It’s time to enjoy the Halloween and fall decor while I start to brainstorm what I want to do for Christmas...

This year I got smart and purchased an inexpensive set of tealight candles with a remote and timer and stuck them in each pumpkin. They glow brighter, flicker like real candles and turn on and off by themselves each evening. So much better and cheaper than all the...
