There is something about the week between Christmas and New Year’s that makes me want to be in the kitchen cooking delicious new dinner recipes. I drool over Half Baked Harvest’s recipes but in the hustle and bustle of life, I rarely slow down long enough to really get into cooking more involved recipes. This is the week I’m going to slow down and enjoy cooking dinner again. I hope everyone had a warm, happy Christmas with family and friends.
