Welcome to the Father’s Day edition of what’s for dinner this week. You’ll see on Monday we will be having our Father’s Day leftovers. We broke out the Traeger and smoked all the things – whiskey smoked ribs, a whole chicken, smoked queso and bacon-wrapped stuffed peppers. We’ll be eating good for several days. On the days I work from home, I still tend to slap on a little war paint in the event I get a random video call. Those days at home, I usually wear my drugstore favs and save the expensive stuff for office days. I thought I would share a few of my tried and true drugstore makeup options that I’ve used for years. Not pictured above because I’m currently out is the NYX primer + setting spray. I like that it does double-duty as primer before makeup and a setting spray after. Under $9. I swear by this Infallible Pro-Glow foundation and have for years, even as my skin ages. It has good coverage and stays on my skin well throughout the day. My twenty-something daughter likes this foundation, as well. Under $12. I also use the Infallible Pro-Glow concealer. DIY EUCALYPTUS SHOWER BUNDLE

This simple DIY project made a big impact in our hallway bathroom. It smells heavenly. It looks adorable. And it adds a touch of color to the black, white and gray bathroom. Have you tried a eucalyptus bundle in your shower? It’s incredibly easy to put together. Just take a bundle of live eucalyptus, secure the stems with jute or twine and hang from the shower head. I purchase my fresh eucalyptus from Trader Joe’s or Costco. Steam from the shower will refresh the scent with each shower. For even more fragrance, add a couple of drops of essential oil to the shower floor before showering. Eucalyptus in the shower creates a refreshing way to wake up or relaxing way to end the day.
