It won’t be long until our back patio remodel is finished and we can start eating meals outside again. Probably right about when the temps get into the 90-100 degree range. But that’s not going to stop me. I’ve been waiting for over a year to get back to eating outside and I can’t wait. Since it’s currently raining, postponing the planned back patio work for the weekend, I’ve made my meal plan for the upcoming week. Next, I might even sew up the stack of clothes that have been sitting for months and months needed mended. Guess I’ll make this rainy day a day of getting all the stuff done I’ve been putting off for far too long. Probably won’t have time to work out though. Ooops, I did it again. I bought another disco ball. This one spins, changes colors, diffuses yummy scents and my plants love it. The second I saw this essential oil disco ball diffuser, I HAD to have it. Just search “disco ball” in the top right corner of this page if you aren’t aware of my love of disco balls. When the sun shines through the windows just right, the reflection from the spinning disco ball on the walls and ceiling are magical. Let’s party, summer! Since we were sprucing up the bedside table yesterday, I thought today I would reminisce about the time back in 2018 when we built a bed. It’s still the same one we use today. You’ll notice the bedding was blue. You see, back in 2018 I was hopeful it wouldn’t be long until we updated our bedroom. So I purchased blue bedding when we upgraded from a queen to a king bed. I had visions of a navy blue accent wall behind the bed. It’s now 2023. The walls are still the same green as when we moved in. Remodeling paying cash as you go takes time.
