I have been in painting, purging, organizing, cleaning mode this weekend. I made good use of that extra hour we gained for daylight savings. It was finally time to move into the our newly remodeled master closet. I can’t wait to show you. I’m in love! With that project almost complete, hopefully I’ll have a little more time to focus on yummy dinners this week. Here is a look at what we’ll be having. With just one day left until Halloween, I thought I would share a peek at Halloween around our house including a few images that didn’t make the cut in other blog posts to date. My grandparents china hutch dressed up with a simple mini pumpkin. 🖤 My Target Dollar Spot bat cloche turned plant cage. No plant is safe from holiday decor. My favorite reading spot that I never slow down long enough to enjoy. The front room/dining room. A lot of plants, a little Halloween. The bar cart was fun this year. Some version of this crow cloche seems to make it on the sofa table each year. Here it was in 2022. The bat lampshade. The past several years I have used these pumpkins on the front porch. Blake Skelton has really been enjoying the new back patio. Maybe even more than us. It’s the perfect place for a fall nap. It is a great place to relax, I must admit. Is he taking in fall’s beauty? Or waiting for someone to bring out food? Grabbing a little firewood for the fire pit. Speaking of the back patio, I had my eyes on this log holder from Wayfair forever but didn’t want to pay the price (it is on clearance now but still not cheap).
