MY FAMILY SUMMER BUCKET LIST RECAP
09/21/2022I had every intention of making sure we marked off every item on this list. But unfortunately, I haven’t figured out how to slow down time. Today is officially the last day of summer 2022. *womp womp* While there are still unchecked items on our family’s summer bucket list, that just gives us more to add next year.
We had never made a family bucket list before, and even though our kids aren’t little anymore, I learned that having a list of things to experience actually pushes you to make more time for fun with the family.
Everyone dislikes when I say it’s time for a photo but man I love looking back on the memories we made. Exist in photos people!! Everyone sees you in real life. They know what you look like. Capturing the memories, if not for you, then for your family is worth so much more than worrying about how you look!!!
No regrets for me this summer other that it’s coming to an end!
Sadly, no backyard movie night was had because this is the status of the back patio. I still have high hopes for at least one outdoor movie before the weather gets too cold if we ever get this patio put back together.
I still intend on going for a walk and collecting wildflowers. Fall foliage is just as pretty as summer flowers.
The weather is way cooler for a trip to the farmer’s market in the fall.
I think maybe I should make a fall bucket list now.
