When I’m out and about, someone almost always comments on my nails. I know I should just say, “thank you” but, it never fails, something comes over me and my mouth spits out “thanks, they’re fake”. Like why? I feel like I’m hiding a lie if I don’t come out and admit they aren’t real or salon nails. They are DIY glue on nails and I will rarely be caught without them.
