I don’t drink coffee but I do enjoy a good hot chocolate every once in awhile. On cold snowy days my mom used to make us hot chocolate and toast. Does anyone else dunk their buttered toast in hot chocolate? So good!

Each year I put together a hot cocoa bar for the season. Here is this year’s version. I mean it when I say no part of the house is off limits when it comes to Christmas decor. The kitchen, bathrooms, hallway, stairs – they all have a touch of Christmas. There is no such thing as too much when it comes to this time of year.

Fun note: One year I made a giant batch of homemade hot cocoa mix from scratch. I keep a large ziploc bag of it in the garage freezer and pull it out each year for display only in my hot cocoa setup. After Christmas I put it back in the freezer until the next year.
