This is the simplest, cutest Halloween DIY.

Take a 6″ disco ball, using a needle and fishing line, tie the fishing line to the disco ball then thread through the tip of a 13.5″ witch hat. Hang and be bedazzled when the sun reflects polka dots through the room.
