The red geraniums have been planted, mini flags adorn the ferns and the large flag stands at attention near the garage door for passers-by. The barn is decked and ready for Independence Day.

I didn’t do a lot but the few simple red, white and blue touches put me in the mood for fireworks.

You can’t really tell in the picture but the lavender is blooming and the bees are buzzing around. It’s finally summer and I am loving it. Happy 4th of July to all!
