How does the weekend go by so quickly? I worked my tail off from 4:00pm on Friday until 7:00pm tonight (Sunday) getting the final things planted around the yard, staining the deck and new garden fence, sealing the garden beds and prepping the new wildflower/pumpkin/sunflower patch in the field. Good thing because it doesn’t look like I’m going to get much done over Memorial Day weekend with rain chances every day. Rain or shine, I’ll be decking the house in red, white and blue to enjoy from Memorial Day weekend through the 4th of July. I think it will be a good weekend to smoke some meat, too.
